2. Overview

This website is a portfolio. There are no user accounts, no shop, no newsletter and no contact form. Personal data is only processed as far as necessary to run the website, or when you write to me.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is built and hosted with Framer: Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Framer uses servers from Amazon Web Services, including outside the EU. When you visit the site, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, the page visited, browser and operating system, and the referrer URL. This serves the secure and stable delivery of the website and the prevention of misuse.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). A data processing agreement is in place with Framer. Transfers to third countries are based on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. More information: Framer's privacy statement.

4. Contact by email

If you write to me at hello@nmpdesign.de, I process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (enquiries about a commission) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (general enquiries). My emails run via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). I delete your message once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Fonts (Adobe Fonts)

This website uses fonts from Adobe Fonts (Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd., 4–6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Ireland). When the page loads, your browser connects to Adobe's servers and transmits your IP address, possibly also to the USA. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent presentation of the website). 6. Cookies and local storage

This website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising and does not use any third-party tracking or advertising services. So that the colour scheme you choose is still there on your next visit, it is saved in your browser's local storage; when you move between pages, the browser briefly remembers the target position (session storage). This data does not leave your browser. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

7. Audience measurement (Framer Analytics)

To see how often the pages are visited, I use Framer's built-in, cookie-free statistics (Framer B.V., address see section 3). Only aggregated figures are recorded, such as page views, daily visitor counts, referring pages and approximate country and device type. For this, a script from Framer is loaded when you visit the site. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and creates no persistent identifier. To count the visitors of a day, Framer hashes the IP address and browser user agent with a daily rotating key that is deleted every day. I only see anonymous totals and cannot identify individual people.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a data-minimising evaluation of the website's reach). You can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. More information: Framer: GDPR and cookies.

8. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn

Instagram and LinkedIn are only linked on this website, not embedded. No data is transferred to these services unless you click a link. Once you do, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). An informal email to hello@nmpdesign.de is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
